Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almonds (Badam)

  • 4 Cups water

Preparation

Method

Soak almonds in water overnight. Grind into a smooth paste with some water from the 4 cups. Add rest of the water and strain with a nut milk bag or muslin cloth. You can use the leftover ground almonds in rotis or as a body scrub! Store the almond milk in a glass container in the refrigerator.
